Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30-7:30 PM - for young and
beginner wrestlers (up to 3rd grade)
7:40-8:40 PM for advanced and older wrestlers (4th through 8th grade)

Equipment
Wrestlers should have wrestling shoes for the first practice. The club has a limited number of shoes to loan to wrestlers.
AJT also has a limited number of headgear that we will provide for practices and meets. We will provide singlets and headgear for tournament wrestlers

New wrestlers must register with USA Wrestling prior to the first practice. See Registration Page for details.
Season Info
The AJT season runs from early November to the end of February each year. For off-season opportunities and camp information, please visit the VAWA website
The Alexandria Junior Titans Wrestling Team promotes good sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fun, through participation in one of the most challenging sports in the world.
